I say David Arquette...nah j/k I would have to say Hogan, he the longest reign ever and was a great champion and great heel. Second I would say Sting he was the greatest face champion ever, he put great matches against Hogan at Starcade.

Hollywood baby! Seriously, Hogan is the man when it comes to WCW. He was the one who really got WCW going when he joined the nWo at Bash at the Beach. Before then he hadn't been too influential but once he turned heel, he kicked up a storm. And like Affliction said, he was the longest running champ. Hogan was a great storyteller despite his limitations in the ring. His charisma was as good as anyone and he was an awesome promo guy in that heel phase. I also have to mention my man Ric Flair because him and Sting embody WCW. A shout out to Kevin Nash too, I enjoyed his time as champ in 98, Wolfpac era.
