What is everyones Workout regiment I am very interested in fitness.
I usually do 5-8hrs in the gym everyday exept sunday where I just chill.
1hr: Cardio
3hr: Sit ups
2hr: Presure training (set at 320/360Gf and 150kg)
2hr Weights

Five to eight hours in the gym? Seriously? I know some guys who are really into working out but they don't spend longer than four hours in the gym. Well each to their own. I personally hate the gym. I just find it dull. So I play one to two hours of soccer a day and have a jog in the evening. It works for me.

To be honest, I'm REALLY lazy. But sometimes, I go for a jog to clear my mind up. I also have 2 hours of PE every week in school and sometimes I play tennis, hockey, netball or badminton with friends. I don't have a certain time to do an exercise or play sports, it just depends on my mood really.

Wow. Between work and sleep I don't even have 5 hours of free time at all, let alone to work out. I haven't been working out at all lately because I've had other stuff that was more important to me. When I do work out though I usually walk for about an hour or so or I do an exercise class. I did Tae Kwon Do for a summer and gymnastics before that, but I don't really do either anymore.

Monday - abs, biceps, triceps, legs, back Tuesday - shoulders, back, abs Wednesday - forearms, abs Thursday - chest, abs Friday - abs, biceps, triceps, legs, back Saturday - abs Sunday - shoulders, chest, forearms, abs
how the f**k do you do 3 hours of sit ups? one exercise should not be longer than 20 minutes depending on sets, rest, and reps.

I do sit ups for so long is because i like to add to my pack. right now i have an 8 pac and its as hard as concrete but i would like to define it more so i do 3hrs. I do biceps alot as well because cos i need them bigger my goal is 28inchs and right now i got 24inchs on my arms.

am i the only one that thinks your full of BS. i go to the Gym 3 days a week and i dotn even have a 6 pack. im only on the verge of a four

Personally right now I have a 6 pack, a keg, and another 6 pack but I drank a beer out of that one. So it's more like a 5 pack. BTW: I do about 3 hours of Computer each day. And I do at least 5 Hours of TV a day.
