I don't care where it is, Sting vs. Ric Flair will always be entertaining. Although that's not the only match which I'd like to see Ric Flair in involving TNA wrestlers. Flair vs. Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and even a brutal stunt brawl with Abyss all sound like pretty good matches to me even if most of the appeal is spectacle rather than actual match quality. I doubt Flair will sign with TNA though.

Flair is retired. HE'S RETIRED. he wont wrestle if he signs. Oh yeah, wrestlers who've retired never wrestle again. End sarcasm. There's a decent chance he would in a different company like TNA.

Flair vs Sting is Wrestlemania Material. Knowing TNA they would throw some stupid gimmick on the match and spoil it.

I don't think Flair should go back wrestling because if he did, it would just ruin the amazing and really emotional send-off that WWE have given him.

I agree Inah, the send off he got was nothing short of amazing, and to me, he would actually lose a bit of his credibility if he went to TNA and wrestled.
